Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
✅ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
✅ The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
✅ The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or altered items
Used or washed products
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
How to Initiate a Return
Go to the Order Tracking Page and enter your order details.
Click “Request a Return” for the eligible item.
Fill in the reason for return and upload images (if applicable).
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and approve it if eligible.
Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the item from your address.
Return Pickup & Shipping
Returns will be picked up within 2-3 business days after approval.
Ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging.
If pickup is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
✅ If approved, the refund will be processed within 6-7 business days to the original payment method.
✅ If paid via COD, a refund will be issued as store credit or to your bank account.
❌ Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank or payment provider.
It may take a few days before the refund is officially posted.
